Yesterday I went to Ipswich. The weather was chilly, but I don't go to swim.

The waves were strong...driven by the wind. It makes them erratic and not rhythmic. Had a good long walk end enjoyed the solitude.

There were not many shells eve though the tide was low. No sand dollars either. I remarked to a woman passing by with a couple of clam shells in hand. she though that maybe the storm buried lot in the sand. I told her that I was at Revere beach yesterday and I have a basket full of moon snails. Then I think the beach got jealous because 10 minutes later was the biggest Moon snail shell I have ever seen ... and it would have been right in this woman's path as I could see her foot prints.

Not sure if I will get up there next week as It takes the whole day. Maybe. It depends. I may just take a ride with Dad to get some flowers at the nursery I like and then get an ice cream. Not sure yet.

It's weird what you find that other people walk right past. The biggest shark's tooth I ever found on the beach was one that my mother walked right over.

Yes, it was at Pawley's Island, way back when I was still in High School.
