ravena_kadeBack to work and it feels like I never had a vacation.
I have over $4000 in losses that I cant move anywhere and will be blamed for it, even though the reason for the loss is because another bank did not like the way y ban designed its transaction journal. Not within y control, but will be my fault. I have no one to bring the issue to as we don't have a vice president or a director and the Boston manager is away until Next Tuesday.
The team lead said she didnt want me to be upset. I said TOO LATE. This is why I need to know what is going on with this function. It needs to go or I need a partner. Its because of the risk that the claims area will not tae the function.
Se also said that maybe after the vacations we can see about making things better for me. Told her that I appreciated the thought, but without the support of higher management there is nothing that can be done. No one cares.
Oh well. Tomorrow I will write up a report to the Boston Boss and let her read it when she come back. She cant fire me as there is no one else with access to the system I use.
