I have been waiting for 13 months for the associate survey from work. I wanted to air my grievances. It was very anti climatic. Just a selection of Yes and No. There was one section that you could fill in with your own words. What could management do to make working at the bank better... but you could only say it in 30 Characters. Oh well. I filled in my No answers honestly. Am I supported by my manager? Does your Manager value your opinion? Does your manager help you to grow as an associate?
Oh well... the plan is to work well with the team lead. She is nice. We have been promised the recon team would be consolidated so I am hoping for a new boss. I have been looking for other jobs, but without a package I cant take a pay cut. The goal is to pay off outstanding debt so I can take a pay cut.
The wind knocked down all of my iris blooms. I spent 3 hours trying to tie them up with sticks. This has prompted my tp start a garden calendar/journal. First thing in it is to stake all iris stocks once I see them pop.
The first yellow daylily is blooming and the big peonies are ready to pop.
Today my smart phone would not receive email from the mail program. It says there is not a password. I can see the password and I input it 3 times. Weird.
The front facing camera on my phone is all foggy. The rear facing camera is perfect. I dont get it and cant fix it.
Thinking of a new phone since this is getting wonky. I wanted to wait for fall so the phone I want will be cheaper when a new model comes out.
I received a package from AMAZON that I did not order. It does not show up in my order history.I could not get ahold of a human at AMAZON. The charge does show pending on my credit card. I cannot dispute it until it is out of a pending status. Sigh. I changed my sign on and will watch my card for fraud. I dont understand how it hit my Amazon but doesnt show up in teh order history.
When I changed my password I had to put in a phone number. I decided to put Amazon on my iPad. When I did it told me that I had teh wrong phone number... but they sent me a text saying that my password was changed and this is my phone number on record... Perhaps its a timing thing.
I hate technology.
Next week is vacation but my plans for being scuttled because of rain teh next 4 days. I am trying to keep my chin up and use it to putter around the house and do some art. Anything is better than being tethered to the work pc. I am also meeting a friend for dinner and drinks on Thursday. That will be nice.
I have planned my first yard visit in a couple weeks. That should be nice.
Once of the photographers on the Ipswich Face book page has offered me a ride to my beach..he is a resident and does not need a ticket. Not sure if that is smart... but I know 15 years ago I met people this way...not getting into cars per se, but by taking a chance. Still... not smart...
