Yesterday I had a melt down.

Hurt my hands pounding the keyboard and the table. Today I have the pains that I had back in 2019. I could not open and close any of the drives in a timely manner...like enough time to fall asleep opening a spread sheet. Never got to half of my job. Never got to take a break and worked through lunch. Got flack for not being faster.

Another person on the recon team is out because her husband was in a head on collision over the weekend. Lots of broken bones, but no operations. Thankfully. He broke his neck but will only need a brace. But she is out and her work needs to be covered.

This means that I cannot be out tomorrow unless I pass out.

Thursday and Friday the Boston Boss is out again for 3 days so I cant be out then because of wires.


This sucks.

Thursday and Friday the Boston Boss is out again for 3 days - well here's the thing, he's the boss, your immediate boss is also a boss and it's their responsibility to make sure there's cover when someone is out sick. If they aren't there to sort it out then tough nuts, it's NOT your responsibility. If you were knocked over by a bus they'd have to cope wouldn't they?
