ravena_kadeIt was just as I figured. Upper management reached out to the Boston Boss while she was on vacation...had a meeting with her and she NEVER forwarded the info to us.
The guy who is acting as our director until they can hire someone told us where we fit on the org chart and that our name was changed. Nothing else is happening for now. They need to hire a director and then that person will make changes.
I still think more is up. The Boston Boss has allowed the other person who processes wires to have Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks off at the same time as her. It take 2 people to do the wire. I am the back up. As someone reconciling I should not have the power to move funds on my own.
The Boston Boss did schedule a meeting for next week.., very deliberately when I was schedule off. I have cancelled my day off. I told the team lead that I had it off incase I felt too crappy to concentrate on my spread sheets. She said she would help me if I needed it.
