ravena_kadeYesterday was a 13 hour work Day and today 11.5. I hope I am catching up.
We had an unplanned phone meeting with the director, who is only temporarily replacing the PA boss that left a few weeks ago. My team lead and 2 other coworkers were afraid they were laying us off. I said if they were they would have shut down all your access first...just in case...
It was bad news. Someone the PA people worked with passed away. The person was going through cancer treatments, but caught COVID and died. Sad. She left behind small children. @ weeks ago another person in the PA office died of Covid too. It's very sad.
Still waiting to hear what upper management has planed for the reconciliation people. My coworkers are scared. I am looking forward to hearing something. I cant keep up working 10 to 14 hour days forever because I am split between areas. The stress is causing headaches and a feral crappy feeling.
Some people may just be starting to think about me and art... I have been asked to do free paintings...ha. Someone else asked if I taught. I only teach hobby ceramics. I di point that person to the you tube person I am following to do teh acrylic paintings.
Spent some time on the yard today. Dinner was grilled. I had really good steak tips and grilled asparagus. I gave Dad hot dogs because he wont eat steak tips. It will be nice to spend some time in the garden after work to de stress.
I heard as of august first that business will go back t usually in my area. I wonder if the bank will make us go in? I don't ind if they do... but I also wonder if there will be a job.
Funny, this July marks the 10 year anniversary for me being laid off from my 30 year insurance job.
