ravena_kadeDisappointed in the team leader today. I finally got the hang of one report and now I have to figure out the other. The very vague notes are written for people who know the system and where everything is stored. My strength is the VISA system and not the bank's ancient crap tech. Well, she is on vacation on Monday and assigned me all the reports to do. I responded to the email that also had the Boston boss on it saying that I have not been successful with all the reports. I will need help. She never got back to me. The Boston boss never said a word. The thing is that while I don't need the reports to do all my work there is a person on the team that will not be able to work at all with out them. =( If you don't have time to train me then just let me go.
We had a virtual meeting today. We have to use the video because they are fining out that people are not paying attention the meetings. I was kind embarrassed at how only my kitchen is... everyone else was innice spaces.
The Boston boss tried to get us to talk. She picked on me again... knowing that I used to talk all the time... but I hate what I am doing now and I hate being segregated and I hate being trapped in the house and not having conversations with people I can relate to and instead of people I am related to. She tried to get people to talk about what their favorite Christmas movies are and what our Christmas plans are. I really dont have anything I would call a plan and I usually just like to watch the Dr. Who marathon.
13 days left of this sucky year. Looking forward to 2021, at least in work. All the vacations will be over so someone will have to train me or I am in line to be laid off. If I still have a job after march I am going make an office in the cellar...the opposite side of the ceramic space. There is a window there and I will put up some what bead board on the walls and put down a rug. I do need to buy a printer too.
