ravena_kadeI got my results back and I am negative for Covid.
Today was the first day in a couple weeks that I did not resort to any sort of pain killer. Now the back part of the bridge feels unsettled... so I will see about it. I still cant make an appointment because it still needs to be more than 2 weeks from exposure before a dentist will want ti see you. At lease where I go.
Yesterday I enjoyed my Dad off. Dad was working so I actually had met of the day to myself. There are no dogs at the shelter so I didnt miss anything while sheltering in place.
Work sucked today. I started at 4 AM. Finished most things up by 10:30...and then had a training that totally derailed. 5 hours. Nothing worked. Every time we would take a step a new error or problem came up. I even video'd it on my phone... bebut because of all the starts and stops and side bars it doesn't make any sense. And heaven help if anyone would actually write out notes for me. Sheesh. Very frustrating.
In the down time of teh training I heard laughing. I asked who was laughing at me since the laugh sounded deeper than a 5th grade girl should have. It was my team leader's husband. The team lead works in her kitchen...her daughter also home schools in the kitchen...and the husband was making them lunch. He was funny. It turns out he works in the IT industry... He agreed that the issue was the system and not what we were doing... I also found out he is a trekkie and we chatted while the systems buffered.
The team lead is out on vacation until after Thanksgiving. Curious to see what guff the boss will try and shoot my way.
