Sep. 6th, 2021 08:39 pmYesterday I was able to get some of the cleaning done that I wanted to. Yay.
Went to the cousins for a few hours. I am cat sitting while they are on vacation so I needed teh security system codes and such.
I also did a Sunday night shift at the shelter. We have a dog that had surgery and needs to have 2 people take him out of teh kennel...each one holding a sling so the dog doesnt put any weight on his back legs. There was only one person on that shift because of teh holiday so I went in to help. I did a good deed and left the cousins house early and still was able to d more cleaning and organizing in the bedroom.
Today I took a book case out of the bedroom..removed all the books, put together a cabinet for the spot and set up a new smart TV. Cooked Lunch and dinner and went to my Monday night shelter shift.
I am very tired, but at least it was a productive day.
I want to be in bed by 9 as I have to get up a 3AM. The team lead is out and the other woman's husband is having more surgery so I have a ton of work. Next week the team lead is out for the whole week. After that I told her that we need a meeting because I am sick of working more hours than I am paid and getting treated like the garbage man by the other management. I only want to do 8 hours...anything more needs to be paid...or I need a promotion to be moved to salary (and that wont happen).
