Jul. 5th, 2021 09:43 amI made blueberry muffins. They were pretty good. I need to up my muffin game though. The next batch will be pancakes.
Yesterday I went to the cousins for the regular Sunday. I knew no one would be painting, but it was nice to see the North Carolina cousin. It was a nice visit until the wonder Baby came...again, nothing wrong with the little kid. He is a typical 2 year old...its just the entire house acts like buffoons around the kid and there is chaos. Then the PITA grandfather comes in...and he is sick. Just a cold... Ummm...his 92 year old Mother or the rest of the family don't need his germs...and that cold could be covid.
We left at 5 and I tried to walk my beach. It was full of trash and the water murkey. I cant stand all the trash. I was also approached by 3 dogs...2 aggressively. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between may and October.... every place a human could get a dog on the beach has a big sign that says No Dogs Allowed.
I did get an interesting photo and I found several good pieces of drift wood from Saturday's storm. I hope take some shell and bead wall hangings with them.
My city has decided to do a Pop up art thing outside this summer. Too late for me this year, but I want to get things in motion for next year.
I have decided to try and use Instagram. I am using my own name and will try to say who I am in pictures. I am dropping the Mockingbird by the Bay things as I sign all my work JEN... I am looking for a name like "Stuff by Jen" "Things by Jen" "Crap by Jen? I need a word. This way I can send people there to see my nice things or my style vibe. We shall see how that goes. Its easy enough and I like taking photos.
