Al work and no play

I feel like a zombie.
Last Friday the team lead wanted me to take on 6 accounts this week for cross training. She said they were just like the ones I was doing. Okay. She also wanted me to run reports and have them done at 6 AM. Umm... my start time is 6 AM.
The reports are okay, but take over an hour. So when I start at 4:30 and run these reports I end up being an hour behind in work I can't keep up.
The accounts are not like the ones I have been doing. They require reports to balance. No one told the report names or even where to find them. The day is exhausting. Working 11 hours and only getting 3 to 4 hours sleep.
I had to call 2 meetings just to have someone tell me what to do. My team leader is nice, but has no ability to train remote. I am sure it would be different if we were sitting next to each other. I just cant get her to right down simple steps...bullet points... to get through these accounts. I have asked her 3 times.
I told her that I don't think it's fair that I start so early and that I am behind. I told her that I understand the importance of cross training, but I need help with VISA (that is my ATM machine work) because I cant get to it... but no one will give me help. She didnt have anything to say to that.
Maybe the help thing will change with the new VP.
I am also hoping we get moved to another Director when the reorg happens... or maybe I get laid off ;-)
Work may let people back into the office this summer. I don't have a huge need to go back to the office, but I would like the option to go in to get my computer fixed by the tech guys and maybe print some notes.
