Mar. 13th, 2021 09:05 pmOnce again another neighbors fence is coming down over my garden. It wont just break and fall so I can toss the section into their yard. I asked a person living in the house and they said the land lord knows but really doesn't seem to care. I dont want to "break" if, bit I dont want it hanging over my flower bed either. It lookalike crap and I am afraid it will fall on my head when I go to work there. Sigh. I Hope we get another wind storm and it just blows down.
Went around the tree stump to check on my Irises and I noticed that the opening to the group hog borrow wasn't open. From what I know of groundhogs is that they hibernate in a chamber at the end of one of their tunnels and close the chamber off with dirt. I wonder if the ground hog is smart enough to move a piece of bark in front of its door and not use dirt? Interesting.
Today we went to Ipswich for lunch and dropped some things off at an aunts house. Hadmy fried clams. Yummy. Bought a necklace at the jewelry store. An Italian Glass heart. Its colors are red, orange, and gold. Very pretty.
I also took Dad to the toy store across the street, It is a small old fashioned type toy store...with toys, not electronic stuff. He wanted to get something for my cousin's grandson.
There were lots of games and crafty things that I would have picked out, but Dad wanted to get him a truck. I did buy myself a cute bubble wand that looks like a marshmallow peep. I may end up going back to get some more of them to give to people.
