Coding I reported to my boss back in April. Oi. Not sure of the next steps but we are to continue to deny the claims.
The boss said that i should do the oath end and then go back to denying the claims. I busted my butt getting the reports done in a single day (it usually takes 3... I am supposed to have 7 days). She had my back up do a few reports and then she was to start denying cases. The reports she did would have taken me an hour. It took her from 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM. The boss asked me how many denials I could do in a day. I can do over 20. The boss expected the back up to do 15. She did 3. FUCK.
The boss I like offered to help me scan and fax things. I thought that was nice.
I will be putting in some hours on the weekend to get this done.
