Had the conference call with American Express. They are saying that our ATMs are not sending a certain code so they are holding us liable for their fraud situation...yup... Coding I reported to my boss back in April. Oi. Not sure of the next steps but we are to continue to deny the claims.

The boss said that i should do the oath end and then go back to denying the claims. I busted my butt getting the reports done in a single day (it usually takes 3... I am supposed to have 7 days). She had my back up do a few reports and then she was to start denying cases. The reports she did would have taken me an hour. It took her from 7:30 AM until 12:30 PM. The boss asked me how many denials I could do in a day. I can do over 20. The boss expected the back up to do 15. She did 3. FUCK.

The boss I like offered to help me scan and fax things. I thought that was nice.

I will be putting in some hours on the weekend to get this done.

I just don't understand why your backup isn't on an improvement plan, because she is NOT pulling her weight.

the boss I have issues with does not pull her weight as a manager ...I have had a few frank conversations with her about the lack of team work and the boss says she is just waiting for the back up to leave.

Your boss seems to be unaware that if she really wants an underperforming employee to leave, she has the power to make that happen. And improve her productivity numbers at the same time.

I even bought some CBD dummies and they didn't make anything unsuck.
