Sep. 22nd, 2020 08:02 pmHmmm...Fall started cold. My hands are not happy with the cold.
It's not really cold...its the wind. The wind off the bay really chills things.
The wind and a King Tide are causing some flooding. Ill try and walk my beach tomorrow after work time. See if anything new has washed up.
I am a cheap Yankee and I don't want to turn on the heat until at least after Halloween
One way I know to warm things up is cook. My work station is 3 ft away from the stove so cooking will take the chill off.
The downside of that is I am eating like a bear preparing for hibernation. Oi.
I am planning a small outside visit with friends on the 3rd. I may suggest a rent Faire theme and bring cloaks...the forecast is in the 60s. I'd be happier in the 70s, but what can you do.
I have had many art ideas...but I need to get my butt in front of the drawing board and get going. I have to fight the hibernation feeling.
