My friend with the ceramic shop had some decent news. The old building she is in has sold and the new owner is not interested in making anyone move or demolishing the place. It gives her hope and it is making her want to try and build up business. That is good.

Nice to hear good news that is encouraging for others :) Old buildings often get pulled down and replaced with money making new apartments.
