ravena_kadeToday we had a team meeting.
The boss asked how my training went with the people from Pennsylvania. They said great. The loved my rewritten notes and feel confident that they can do the job while I am out. (I am cautious...I cut my vacation down to 3 days instead of the whole week... because I saw what they did last time)
The boss then asks when I can be shown some of their stuff... The Pennsylvania people said that we spoke about this yesterday and that I was asking how to help out, etc...
Then the boss off handedly says good as need to get rid of the claims that are my man function... and that she and her boss are meeting about this.
Umm..they tried to do it last year...twice. No other area will take it. It belongs in another department. I belong in another department.
I need this pandemic to calm down and for offices to open back up in Boston. If they are successful then I won't have enough to do. The people in Pennsylvania are a strong team... they have no need for me.
I have to stay until they let me go... I need a package.
It just sucks that I am less than a piece of meat... meat at least has a value.
