ravena_kadesomething broke into the garden when I have the sunflowers caged. Light enough not to leave foot prints in the loose soil. Gave enough to bend the sunflowers..again, eating the tops straight off...the tops were 3 feet off the ground. No buds had formed her. Also ate some leaves off a zucchini. The groundhog must be ninja.
I will take out the sticks after work. There won't be time for sunflowers in the garden proper this year. =(
I still have some in the driveway. 4 plants in pots. Their leaves are shredded, but they have buds. must be birds. I hope they don't attack the flowers before I can see them.
