ravena_kadeBack one day and I need a pain killer and an adult beverage.
The people who balanced my general ledger account made some minor mistakes... but they required me redo all the balancing from July 31 to August 7. I went to the boss as it was 3 hours work. She just told me to make sure I tell the person who backed me up...she doesn't even know who it was.
Received 45 claims last week. My back up only did 4. She did not send me an email telling me what she had done ...I told her to send me an email Friday so I knew what needed to be done. Nope. I asked the boss if the back up mentioned having any troubles. Nope.
My Boss called me to tell me of the changes in the area...she forgot I was on the call on Thursday. She then says that the changes good for me so I can feel like I am on a team and do more reconciliation.... ummm... well, I wanted to learn more about banking and cards. She ignored me. I look at reconciliation like digging a hole an now when I finish up instead of gaining more skills I get to dig another hole.
She them went onto complain about getting 3 more people to manage. Oi.
worked 5 extra hours just to get somewhat caught up.
