Had a surprise quick meeting...
The nice people I wanted to go work for are all now reporting to my boss...

I just wanted a change.

Well, change won't be as easy as I was imagining.
This bank will never go anywhere if they don't get rid of the old school middle management that only wants to count their days until social security.
