ravena_kadeThe boss is back only one day and she is getting on my nerves.
I have no team...no one to ask questions to...and I am supposed to make people do things without any authority... That's her job as a manager. All I can do is ask nicely of them. Be professional. If they still choose not to process correctly I have no way of dealing out a consequence...
I pushed. I said could you. I said would you. I said I need. I said this must. I said you must. I said this cannot happen as you must... but unless I have the big stick to bat someone over the head... or be able to make a dent in the performance plan... I don't have a way of making them comply.
