Jul. 14th, 2020 10:14 pmToday the coworkers and the boss were all in a meeting for 2 hours. I can see this on my Skype... it peeked my curiosity. And reiterated that I am team-less. I did get a message from the boss saying that she decided to leave at noon and will be back on the 27.
At 8 PM I got a call from the second in command. She was busy today so worked after hours and wanted me to approve her work. I sadly I was not home. I have no idea why should would do this type of work after hours when no one is on...and we are not supposed to work after hours...per the lecture I got a few weeks ago.
After work I went over to my friend with the broken arm. She called just before I git there and asked if I would buy a meal for the lady next store as no one was around to feed her. I did. How freaking sad. The woman is in her mid 90s and has lots of family, but her home health aid was sick and none of her family would feed her tonight. SAD.
My friend was doing okay. Being in a recliner chair was so much better for her than being in a bed like my Mom was. She is not on any pain killers but says it doesn't hurt much now.
Ummm...I just don't get why people using commodes leave the lid up when there is company ... ummm...
I midway through the visit I heard a noise from the next door apartment ... they lady that i bought dinner for. She had an accident and was crying. Sad. I was able to get her a night gown and helped her clean up ad changed as discretely as I could. Generally the friend that wasn't home would check on her at night and help her get dressed for bed.
