ravena_kadeToday I debuted my shorter redder hair...more orange than brown... no where near auburn. I like it with my tanned skin...not sure it will make it with my winter pale. I can always go to the auburn In October. We shall see. Corvid world makes me not care what people thing anymore.
Had a work conference with video and the boss complimented me. First time I have seen her since March. She looks tired. I know she is having back problems...
Had a phone meeting with the departing VP. He said thank you for the time he had with us and then started spewing that change is coming and we may not make it to September. Hmmm... I bet he was asked to leave. He has a job in Texas. Good luck with that.
Had a social distance dinner with some gals from the shelter. It was nice to see them and catch up. They liked the red too.
This weekend I was going to head uptown Rockport because I just want to be knee deep in salt water....but the weather is calling for heavy rains =( Funny that I just read that the beach at the house is closed because of a high bacteria count. Sigh.
Generally that happens after heavy rains. Our Early 1900s civil engineers built 8 many mile storm drains in the city that all empty out into the bay... so when the storm drains are overloaded all sorts of things end up at the beach. Sad Me. Friends of mine swam by the pumping stations as kids and always had rashes all over their bodies...ewwww. Ma and Dad bough us a pool.
