ravena_kadeThe boss took the easy way out. The review was decent but generic. I am always concerned for the team, always looking to improve things and take on challenges. She even said I embraced change.... I wouldn't have said that at all about me in the last 3 months. NOT. AT. ALL. I would have said something about learning to navigate the changes... but embrace is not what I have been doing while spinning my wheels.
They did give me a goal I can work with... To work with Pennsylvania and work to streamline the process that I hate so much. It fits with me...I like taking things apart. I also get that if I do such a good job that they may not need me... but at this point it would be a package.
The boss also thinks we may not go back until Spring of 2021.
I have also come up with a cost analysis that could save the bank almost 100K a week. I went over it with the boss so Would have back up for the submission.
I will have etc make some written in stone plans on getting out of the house right after work or else I will be one round tubby 55 year old come spring.
until then..I just need a beach buddy.
