ravena_kadeWork was okay. Finally caught up.I hope it stays quiet for a few days. I need to teach myself how to reconcile one last general ledger account.
Did some work in the yard. Since I was instructed to rest my hands last summer I never cleaned up the edging around the patio so the crab grass moved in. Its hard to pull out with a garden claw. I did one side tonight. Will try to do another side tomorrow and be done with it Saturday. This weekend should be the last of the heavy clean up. Then its just spreading mulch. Once this is done the rest is just enjoying the garden. A glass of wine and wait for the butterflies to show up.
Today I had a surprise visit. A hummingbird moth visited. Its the first time I have seen one in my yard. They are odd creatures.
The grill is working out nicely. Its great to finally have a grill that lights properly. I was always nervous holding a flame to the gas. Tonight I grilled a pork tenderloin. It was tasty. I think I'll grill up some veggies this weekend and then have grilled veggie quesadillas for lunch. Get those veggies in. I want to grill some pizza too. The grill makes things easier for since I can have something a little more adventurous and I can grill Dad a burger or sausage.
