ravena_kadeJust had a group phone meeting.
One of the reasons why I am confused about the need General Ledger account is that my coworkers do not know when reconciling stops and working the account begins. They think it is all the same. Sigh. I laid out my plants the boss and she agreed with what I said. We both know it is a language barrier, but I need them to take ownership of their part.
The boss went over some things and asked if we would be okay if our department worked from at home on a permanent basis. She specifically asked me. I said that if the system speed stays at the level it has been in the last 2 days I would say Yes. If I said no I think I would have been lynched. I did say that if this was last week I would have had to say no... The boss thinks that the system should only get better.
She said that it is not definite... but if asked for volunteers she will volunteer our group.
Im not sure how I feel about it.
Can I accept a really dead end job at my current pay... and not leave the house. Does that sweeten the pot at all?
If it is true then I need to set my kitchen up as an office...since I really don't do cooking there. I need a real computer desk and chair...
How do people who work with no other human contact not get depressed? Now I worked at a ceramic shop in a cellar for years with little contact...butI loved the physical and creative part of the job. How does one not go squirrelly?
Can this fit into the art craft me? Maybe do all the work, then nap, and stay up and be creative? Or work...take a walk outside and then be creative...
I'm confused.
I need to go out with my music buddy and have a chat... at a bat...listening to music.
Anybody got any good pros for working at home. Don't say traffic, because my commute is 9 to 20 minutes.
