May. 21st, 2020 07:16 amtoday I had a 6 AM meeting where my coworker would let me watch her balance the last General ledger account I need to know except it was not done as a call.
It was like typing with Yoda.
She would type "you don't understand your question" which meant that she didn't understand what I was asking. At one point she said that the numbers didn't have to match to clear... ummmmm....debits equal credits to clear... ALWAYS.
I am not mad..but frustrated. This is a terrible way to learn if there is a language barrier. I also know that the woman who trained them left out a lot of info just so she could look smarter than them. The person that could tell me is someone I am not supposed to ask questions because 1) the boss doesn't like her 2) She will tell wack job person and it will be all over the company.
I learn by dialog. I ask questions to test my understanding.
