ravena_kadeI tried to be friendly today with the boss. Thought it was good.
I asked if there was any plans on going back to the office. She thought maybe July. They don't know how they will do it but we can't sit next to people. She asked if I liked working at home. I said that it helps with some chores and making meals for my Dad...but taking 4 hours to do a function that should only take me less than 2 is hard.
Later the bosses favorite tried to make me do some accounting transactions. The Boss had to step in and say that the Boss in PA doesn't want me doing this...and then listed everything else that was taken away from me.... and listed what else might be taken away from me. She had to related it several times as the person could not understand the English. She told her that there were meetings discussing my functions...
Basically they really just should have kept the dinosaur ...who was several grades below me...
This is just so we look good to Audit...but it isn't good for me.
They are planning my so called career behind my back and thinking Im okay with being stuffed in a corner. I need a $5.0 an hour raise for that...as I won't get any bonuses now in this position.
I am bored, sad and frustrated and I can't get a meeting to discuss it....
The system sucks so I just can't finish the work and go watch TV. It is like shoveling crap with a teaspoon.
I turned off my pc at noon.
I may get in trouble for that... if anyone noticed.
