ravena_kadeI am having a hard time with work.
It takes me 3.5 hours to do a function that takes an hour in the office because the bank's system SUCKS. I know people that work for other international companies and they do not have these issues. I start at 4:30 AM. If I wait until 6 AM too many people are on line and it is slower.
It is like digging a hole...and they took away my shovel and I have to use my tongue.
And then the next day come and I have to dig the same hole agin...
So today I followed up on an outstanding item for one of the ledger accounts. I was given instructions on how to clear. The boss sends an email to me and 2 of my coworkers telling me that I am not allowed to clear because of the new segregation of duties. Ummm... I never had a meeting explaining just what the new world order means. Perhaps its a good thing there wasn't a meeting as I would have spit at the bosses. I am finding out everyday what has been taken away from me. The coworker responded by asking what does segregation of duty mean (the are English as a second language). The boss explained. The coworker still doesn't understand. I still feel like I have been stabbed. I shut down the computer for 2 hours. Turned it back on... but never went back to work.
I just don't care...
This is not a job I want.
and I am hurt. I work hard. My reward for hard work is being pushed out and shit on.
