From the early morning scream just to alleviate stress... I know I could murder someone in the house and none of the neighbors would care.
My boss asked if I called the help desk. I was on hold for a bit. The tech guy was patient and said it nicely but the answer is that it is what it is and that what I do is not a priority. I asked of he could write me up a ticket so it can be sent to management so it doesn't look like its my fault. He was nice and worded the ticket in my favor.
I am going to have an ulcer by May 4th.
At this rate it will be 12 hours days just to get the minimum out.

Out IT guys put in a patch so now it just takes 4 hours to do the spread sheets.
