ravena_kadeafter this I need a couple days off.
I only put in an hour extra today, but it was scrambling all day long.
I am tired.
Working at home only saves me 25 minutes...a 10 minute train ride and a 15 minute walk. Frankly I could use the walk.
I found a $500 mistake made by the person I trained to help. It is too late to fix. She dint understand an email response she received so she paid the claim anyway. I thought her English comprehension was better...I was wrong. 34 years in the bank I didn't think she would mix up a debit and a credit. Sigh. I can't watch her if we are not even in the same city. I will have to have her help someplace else and retrain her when we get back together.
