The work is non stop... they are correcting 5 years with or errors on credit cards and that is causing my area to get a lot of credit balance refunds as people adopt want the cards any more. It is killing my hands.
Monday I had an appointment with another doc. She is just a GP, but I needed to start the ball rolling again since I can't get the hand people to calm back. She registered a complaint for me. The thought it was stupid that they said I did not need an x-ray. I thought it was because they figured injury from the increase in work I had been doing and just thought rest. This doc says that the uptick in hand use may have triggered they symptoms but it sounds like arthritis. Ummm...yeah...what I thought. Got the x-ray Monday night and friday got a call that I have osteoarthritis in both hands. Happy to have a diagnosis. Not happy with the pain I have been having. Lets up those natural anti inflammatories shall we....
Thursday I went to the work Christmas party. Felt like an alien, but thought it was needed for a team building thing. I chatted with VPs so I know I am not a lump. I just don't fit in with the team.
I had yesterday off...just putzed around. To rest the hands and the head. My last days were involved with my friends tragedy so I needed me time.
Off to 2 craft shows this morning and hope to finish all the Christmas shopping. I have a beef roast in the crock pot for Italian beef sandwiches for dinner. Dad is on his own. for lunch.
