Up way to early.

Friday at work was very stressful...I start at 5 AM and was constantly pulled all over the place for 9.5 hours... I can't do everything assigned to me since they dropped a position and I did not get to give a function to the folks in Rhode Island. I need to say something to my Boss when she gets back from vacation.

The thing is that it is effecting my sleep. My alarm goes off at 4 AM. I start and hour early and work through lunch just to keep up and when I get home I am exhausted by 9:30. I either fall sleep or go to bed. Then I am awake just after midnight and then at 2 AM. The midnight is usually a bathroom visit. I can usually go back to sleep but by 2 I am awake and full of anxiety about all the thinks I have do and that are not finished... and I don't get back to sleep.

On Dec 2 I have an appointment. Its just with a GP (my primary care is not available) to talk about the next steps with my hands as the hand specialists in that healthcare group won't get back to me at all. I also want to ask if I can get a sleep aid...or at this point a mild anti anxiety med... something that will help me sleep a little better, even if only on the week ends. I am not recharging.
