Rearranging the studio/craft room... Change might make it easier to be there. Haven tackled the room since Ma has gone... Her death certificates and other paperwork are there...on the bed... Getting to put them away...

I have sad memories of Columbus day weekend from that time that I am fighting to keep at bay...

I liberated a beautiful cherry bookcase (make by Shakers) from my mishmash of art books and moved it down to the first floor living room. It looks lovely there. It will take with it a collection of Agatha Christie books. I am surprised by the weight of all the hard cover art books that it held... OMG.

I need to paint a sigh my over my new little beading desk...

Having a lot of art books does not make you an artist. It makes you a Librarian.

I don't need any more books...

I rejiggered my boudoir a little last week. I didn't change much but it tweaked the feel of the room, thankfully for the positive!
