The ceramic show is over.

I covered the cost of the table and most expenses. Not totally sure of a profit until I get in next month's electric bill for the kiln firing.

I know that 4 other vendors made a decent profit and asked about next year.

If they have a show I will help, but not do a table.

I was surprised that my big items did not sell. Traditionally they are what people are looking for. Another league member bought one at closing. I will try and paint the other this week ad see if I can sell it finished. It is a 2 ft tall Frankenstein.



Now on to the craft shows. I want to make 3 Christmas trees, a couple of snowmen and a snowman wreath fir ceramics. Then I have some bracelet ideas for jewelry. I like selling a mix of the 2.

Sorry the show was not profitable! But I feel like having your own kiln has made other aspects easier!

I think my kiln was a wise investment and it really has paid for it's self. Once I am done with the 2 craft shows I have I am going to work on my own ceramic project that puts a majolica technique on round flat ornaments.
