ravena_kadeFriday I went up to New Hampshire to visit with allgudallthetim, It was a lovely visit. Both Days had great weather. We went out to eat and watched TV. On Saturday went to an Alien Festival in Exeter. It was fun. Lots of blow up aliens about. Lots of cute shops.
Sunday and today I worked in the ceramic cellar. Got a bit done. I am planning fr the ceramic trade show in October. I take a table only because that's what the league needs...more vendors, but while I like to make the ceramic items, I do not like preparing the greenware to be fired into bisque... and that's what is sold at a trade show. It is hard for me to make the cost of the table. I prefer selling finished items. This year a friend offered to help wth the part I don't like. I will give her an item that I know she will like to "pay" her. I like this type of barter.
I think the med that Dad was given is working as he did yard work today. Chain sawed down 5 shrubs that he has wanted to get rid of for 3 years. Someone said to me that I shouldn't want my Dad on the med... Umm... he's 77 years old. I don't want him in pain either. The dose he is getting is the same thing we are giving a 45 pound dog at the shelter just to calm him down so I don't think this is a high dose Opioid. His sister takes 4 times the amount each day for a similar problem. Being pill free at 77 and in pain everyday is not right. I just hope I can get him a refill.
