The left hand is still better than the right. Bending my right hand isn't easy, but it's not hugely swollen.

The rest for trigger finger is like 6 weeks without activity. I can't do that. I need a shot.

No word from the doc on the blood work. I also had another panel come back where I could see the results at 7:02 AM, but no call from the doc. Trying to find out what the results mean from this last panel is stressing me out. It can go from arthritis to cancer... I called the office at 3 as I would like a follow up appointment as soon as I can because I just don't want rotten news on my vacation. I was told I would get a call by 6 PM. No call. Also, if I need antibiotics then the sooner the better.

The boss I like worked remote again today. The other boss in on vacation. People were freaking out over the fraud case... and no boss. Oi. He did call me from his house and we worked out some data...then he said that we should not do anything else and let the Execs take it from there. Its our job to perform the tasks not solve the problems. Ok.

I need less stress. I have a couple days off next week.

If I can find out when I am training then I would take some more time... as I am getting frazzled.

Dehydrated kidneys aren't flushing creatinine (muscle waste product) or urate crystals from your body. Creatinine can gum up the works in general, and urate crystals gather in the joints, which causes gout. Have you been eating a lot of rich foods lately, or lots of acidic foods? Seafood? Tomatoes/nightshades?

Up your liquid intake (water, pineapple juice, water, cranberry juice, water, water, water, bone broth) and try removing rich or very acidic foods from your diet. See a urologist.

Then it's probably dehydration + kidney Infection.

Knowing how little fluid you drink in a day, I'll second the dehydration as a probably problem.
