ravena_kadeLast week I called a meeting with my Boss.
It lasted over an hour.
My back up worked from at home. I didn't know until I saw an email at 6:15 saying she had completed something. I went to the boss and asked if she was scheduled to work from at home. The boss did the standard "oh, she didn't tell you"? NOOOOOO. And then the boss told me that she would be out 2 days this coming week.
In the meeting I said that since team work was one of the goals we all had to put down for 2019 I need to know how I am expected to improve that when my back up NEVER tells me what she is doing, even when I ask...never offers to help...and will not train. That and my other "partner" is the dinosaur who not only refuses to train, but is supper passive aggressive and complains that no one will give her any work, but I am not supposed to say that it is because she screws up EVERYTHING she touches. EVERYTHING.
The boss said that I am doing everything right, but she understands that it is incredibly unfair to me, but she cannot do anything until the back up leaves or dinosaur retires. There is nothing she can do as they are doing whats asked...and that it isn't worth her asking them to do more. She is thinking that one of them will be gone by end of summer.
With a talk like that I really don't want to go to work.
