Anyone have any tips on fasting.
I can have clear liquids and jello. Tea and coffee seem to be too.
I bought some broth, but even the low sodium broth is super high in sodium. 20 calories worth has almost 700 mg of sodium. I am going be starving and my BP through the roof.

Oh well, it is a good way to jump start the diet.

Date: 2019-03-14 11:11 pm (UTC)Leave the skins on the carrots, garlic, and onions, and the tops on the celery. Nutrition and color. Enough water to cover +1" or so, leave the Crock-Pot on high for 12+ hours. Then scoop out all the chunky bits, strain the liquid, et voila, broth!!
