ravena_kadeI went out Saturday early evening with my friend Susan. We went to a little restaurant that I would recommend to anyone looking for a date place. She knows the owner. The food was awesome. We both had a special of home made ravioli. It was so good we joked with the bus boy about licking the plate.
Later we went to a bar on Revere Beach...place my Dad grew up around, but way out of my regular zone. This time the musician's GF did not come so we just gabbed, listened to music, and people watched. I love people watching. We tip well when we go out because where are there for the musician and we take up space for 3 to 4 hours.
This time I stayed over because I didn't want her to be around an gun fire...eeek.
It was a good night and we went out to breakfast Sunday and then I was on a train home at 9:30... and in plenty of time to get to my ceramic class.
Today is a bank holiday so I am poking around the house. We had snow last night. It's the first day of February school vacation so going any place would be crowded with families so it's a good time to just stay in and putter...
Looking forward to heading south with friends in 9 days. I just have to fix my boots. I have a different pirate gear to wear. Very comfortable. I hope to get back in my regular gear for a May festival.
