ravena_kadeI went out Thursday with my friend who likes music...and a particular musician. It was at a cute little restaurant and we had a good meal. My work day was frustrating...someone playing games with me... so I decided not to drink alcohol as I would have over done it. This time the musician's girl friend came and brought her sister. I really like the Girl friend. She is cool. The sister... well...
I can't say I don't like her because she got drunk really fast and told us way to much about herself. Three weeks ago she caught her husband having an affair and is now separated... I felt bad for her. But in her drunk she started grill my friend and then turned to me. Glad I didn't drink because I loose patience with people if I have too much.
She started on why my friend liked the musician and were we groupies. Umm... me...no... I just come out so my friend isn't sitting in a bar alone. My friend, well, I can't say...but the musician is really easy on the eyes. I know she has always had a crush on him and at one time there might have been a maybe... but nothing ever happened. If the woman wasn't drunk I would have called her on the 3rd degree treatment.
She asked if I was gay because I didn't have a wedding ring on. Oi.Nope. She pressed more. Sigh. Yeah, I like artsy guys who are not gay...hard to find. Flirt with me with Shakespeare... hard to find. Found once, but not meant to be. Maybe someone will wander by in the future...maybe not. She accused me of being vague. I said "yup", but we have only just met. Her sister laughed. I do like the artsy and Shakespeare type of guys... so vague but no lies.
Well because of all the conversation we left late so I missed a train so my friend had to drive me to another train station. I got in after midnight and and had to be up at 4 AM. I was kinda upset because on the way back home my friend ended up driving though a police situation where the police and bad guys were shooting it out in the middle of town. Some young people were selling assault weapons and the cops got wind of it and the bad guys opened fire just as my friend was driving by. Oi.
Got about 3 hours sleep so my Friday at work was just AAARRRGGGHHHH.... I did get to bed rather early.
Today was was errand day and me and my GPS on the phone went with Dad to find a place that has indoor golf...that took an hour down and an hour back. Been a bit of a slug the rest of the day.
