ravena_kadeThis weekend I had a nice time visiting with friends and shopping at BIRKA.
It was nice to see folks I haven't seen in a while and we had a delightful lunch. We go to the same Italian restaurant every year...nice place. Delicious food. A good date night place. The staff remembers us and even remembers what we like to eat =)
I was good and did not buy too much. Just beads to make more wire bracelets.
It was good to just talk. The holiday time is busy, but with family stuff and work stuff and craft stuff...not really friend stuff.
I headed home on Sunday by rail and turned into a slug and napped with the cat for the rest of the afternoon. Dad was over the cousins so the house was quiet.
