I went to Rockport.

The train ride was relaxing. People I know can't bother me on the train.

The weather was great for Late December. 51 degrees F

I met a man feeding a HUGE swan at his house. He had been doing it for years and this is the first time I had seen it. The swan's mate was hit by a car 7 years ago. The people actually went to a farm and bought a swan to see if they could get the yard swan a new mate. Sadly the birds didn't get along, and only though a DNA test did they find out they had bought a boy swan and not a girl. The swan cost them 1600 and they had to return it to the farm because the wild one kept beating it up.

The purpose of the trip was to visit the museum where I exhibited last year and pay my membership and donate to their building repair fund...good for them and tax decidable for me. Got some ideas for art and display. I met a couple who bought a $700 painting and where interested in a $9500 painting if the price could be a tad more flexible. Yes, this is where I need to exhibit. There are people here who want to spend.

I should look into getting some photography in the member's show this year. I ave nice things... they just need to get off my computer... and I don't really know how to get things printed.

Had a lovely trip back...

and then home with Dad and it was arguing over what he needs done and him trying to schedule all my Saturdays and how my cousins are always right...

I have a migraine.

2 weeks ago I told people I needed to de stress as my BP is at Hypertensive Urgency level... I have an appointment on 1/31 to help with the situation... but no one here is taking me seriously.

Regarding photo printing, I had very good luck with www.adoramapix.com about a year back.

thanks. I will check it out. I just don't know what sizing is best because I shoot RAW.

I don't know how that would work out; my camera is not that fancy. But I learned of this service via a friend who is a pro photographer and she loves them, so if it's good enough for her, it's good enough for me.

I took some cool shots one FRIGID morning last January and asked her where she prints. She recommended those folks and honestly the prints came out great. Plus their customer service was very good, prices decent, and shipping time nice and quick.
