ravena_kadeSooooooo... I am trying to get things done, but domestic things and my own fatigue are getting in the way.
The glazed Christmas tree had an issue so it is back in the kiln for another 1825 degrees to see if things smooth out. Oi. Funny how I watch people take short cuts for 10 years, but when I try it does not work.
Today I find out that we need to set up Friday for the craft show because the person I am doing it with (because she was contacted by the show runner and not me) has a funeral to play (she's a church organist and singer)... and she has to go to a wake Friday night. So that means she is now only going to be at the 2 day show for 3 hours...and I am doing all the selling... banging my head against the wall here...
She said she would set the table up, but I want to use my table set up gear
... she sets a show table using old bed sheets that she does not even iron. I have a lovely charcoal gray knit fabric cover that is a great neutral to show off all sorts of wares and never never never wrinkles.
I had one person want buy some items before the show, but I had to say no because I want as many of my items represented at the table. I did tell them that I could make them a set if these get sold. They are coming to the show on Sunday and not Saturday. I will price them a tad high and then let er have it for a more regular price.
I can't wait until 10/27... when I get some me time.
