Jul. 8th, 2024 09:58 pmSaturday I went to Crane Beach in Ipswich. My happy place. I did not find may treasures, but it was lovely just to walk the surf. So clean. The water was refreshingly cool. The baby plovers were wondering about...they look like cotton balls with rubbery legs. They were so close..and I didn't bring a camera.
Dad met me at the Ipswich bar and we had a nice lunch and then went for an ice cream.
After the beach I was pretty wiped out. I walk about 7 miles barefoot in the surf so by the time night comes I get very achy. it goes away the more I beach walk.
Sunday I stayed home and spent the day in the garden...and in the spa pool.
The cousins wondered why I didn't come over. I said that with the job I have my commute is 4 hours a day so I don't have the time I used to and need to do chores.
