Beach Day

Friday I had off to head off to a ceramic shop with my friend who owns the shop near my house. It is a good sized store, but nothing has changed since I was there 3 years ago. The had lots of things on the shelves, but nothing that inspired. Oh well. We picked up our molds and then headed back closer to home for lunch and an ice cream. Yummy.

Saturday was my first visit to Cranes Beach. While it was cloudy at home, the fog burned off up north and I had a lovely day walking the beach. The water was refreshing. My feet are quite happy The tide was at it's highest so I didn't find a lot of beach treasure, but that is okay. I have enough to make my art projects...I just need the time to make art ;-)

Dad called while I was on the beach...I dont like being called when i am on the beach, but what can I do. He wanted to go to the cousins to watch the ball game and was going to bail on Lobster Rolls with me when i came home. Oh well...so I had fried clams and a hard cider at the bar in Ipswich.

Today Is a day with the cousins. I haven't seen them in over 2 weeks. Next week I am away with Phoenix Swords...I never unpacked my bag from last week ;-)

(no subject)

Sooooo.... I checked my email before packing my laptop in my brief case. I have to go in tomorrow because the holiday falls on a day we are scheduled to come in and the overlords like to keep their thumbs on the necks of the little workers ;-)

Well looks like I missed a meeting about where my office will be roving to. I know I will find out tomorrow, but the anxiety plays with my head. If it is a place that needs a car I have to leave... and without a package. Ill stay until they move... but in the meantime I have to get my are together

Update the resume is top, but I really dont want to walk into another place like this. I hate spreadsheets...I dont like computer work and I suck at phone work... Im suited for small sop/small office, but that wont pay what I make or get me healthcare. I know what I want to do when I can take social security... but that's 4 to 6 years...

What do I look for now...that will pay somewhat above minimum wage and let me be flexible in my hours? The deli people get the most at the market, but Im raid Id be giving my fingers away with the luncheon meat.
