I had come back from a lovely weekend and I had Monday off. My email was full...30 emails on a discrepancy that has been on an account since March. I sent an email to my team lead confirming that all I had to o is credit the cards that were listed. She said yes. I went to do the work and found that the credits don't work. It should be debits. This has been out there since March and lots of people worked on it and no one fifer out that the items should be debits...after 2 freaking Months. And since I found the error and could not process as instructed it would be my fault... and I just cried. So frustrated that nothing works. I had to get up and leave the area. It was only 6:40 AM.
Yesterday I took back 2 accounts that the team leader worked on last week. She failed to tell me that they changed teh spreadsheets completely and there was a new procedure. I called her and asked how she expects me to balance the accounts when yo changed everything and do not tell me.
So happy its another long weekend. I hope to go to a plant sale tomorrow morning then spend time trying to put the yard back together. The grass is so long I expect to find a leopard in it.
