Nov. 28th, 2021 07:56 pmThanksgiving was a day... eh. The cousins were argumentative. Eh.
Friday I was supposed to leave work at noon so I could get ready for a raft show. Someone called in so I could get out on time. I am so far behind that I had to cancel my Day off tomorrow because things need to be done by Month end and no one else knows what I do. I am not pleased, but I would do too pushed to try and catch up on Tuesday. I am so stressed by work that both yesterday and today I got up at 3 AM to start my work... nope. It's not Monday.
Friday night I did an outdoor craft market with my friend who owns the ceramic shop. She sold quite a few things and I should a couple. I enjoyed the energy of the place and was happy to chat with other vendors and patrons. I have fun with that. The only bad was the cold. We were happy that they they put on sides of the tents because the wind was cold. It kept changing from light rain to snow. I had a good coat, but the wrong shoes. My feet were frozen. I will wear boots next Friday.
Saturday I wanted to head up to Ipswich with Dad for a "Thanksgiving" dinner of a flavor I prefer, but he wasn't up to the ride. That will have tome next week. Instead we were asked to go to dinner for the oldest cousins Birthday. We dont get to see her much so we went. It was load and chaotic. The 93 year old aunt was in a grouchy mood so there was lots of bickering.
Today was a chore day and a day to get some more crafts done for the Friday night show.
