(no subject)

Just found out that none of the Operations team ..that is 600 hundred people will be allowed to work remotely at all. Well unless the governor shuts the city down for a blizzard, then working remote will be mandatory.

Lower to middle office workers are still treated like cattle.

There will be no raises until the interest rates and business to back to what they were pre covid.

While I don't mind my commute. It is asinine that I have go to an office everyday when my team is in PA.

They are not changing any of the seating so I will be sitting close to people who cant even use a rest room properly...yes it was an issue before... still will be.

I would have thought that part of operations would be allowed to work a day or 2 from home.

I feel bad for the team leader as her husband will have to quit his day job that he liked because she makes more money and has the insurance.

Me, I don't need to work a few days from at home now, but I will when dad retires. I am just tired of being treated like cattle.

Oh well. This may be the kick in my pants to make some changes.

I hope they reorganize me away from my crappy boss or lay me off next month.
