(no subject)

The humidity has been brutal. I am very happy my light summer dresses still fit with the Covid weight gain ;-)

Yesterday morning I turned on the work computer there were 25 cases not completed...bah. I know what I am doing so I will clear it up in a couple days.

Went to the shelter last night and was very happy to see that last week's sad german shepherd had perked up. He is still thin and is missing some fur...but he has personality and is really nice. He even prances when he walks. It turns out his owner could not afford to buy the dogs allergy meds and finally admitted that it was best to give the dog a chance to feel better. We will nurse him back to health in a couple weeks and I bet we have no trouble finding him a good home.

I slept much better last night.

Lots of work this morning. The team leader is out for 2 days.

Today I made a shrimp and mango salad with a poppyseed dressing. It was yummy. I will have it again tomorrow. I may try it with lobster another day.

Went to the dentist today. I like her. She is funny.

We had some rain It did take down some of the humidity so that is good.
